  1. In einem Standmixer die gezuckerte Kondensmilch, Creme Fraiche, Gelatine und Mangosaft gut vermischen. Dann in eine Form geben und für mindestens 3 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen, dann mit der geschnittenen Mango dekorieren und genießen..
